Your Order, Payment Options, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
You will receive two e-mails following the placement of your order:
1. The first from Paypal confirms that your order was received by us.
2. The second confirms the order shipment and/or any details regarding item delays and/or any other queries such as delivery address.

We accept payments via Paypal, a method which provides you, the buyer, with protection on all online purchases. Users can send payments for free in the UK, or for a small money conversion fee from elsewhere. We regret that we currently do not accept debit cards unless it is through Paypal. For large orders we can accept bank transfers to our business account. Please contact us for further details. Please note, we will never call you and ask for your bank or credit card details over the phone.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
Sales Tax & Duties
For orders outside the European Union, additional import duties may be levied once the shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information
Changing or Cancelling an Order
You may cancel or change any non-special order item from your order, if it has not yet shipped by simply e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or telephoning us directly on +44 (0) 28 90 836 987 or mob 0743 55 65 046. Please keep in mind that orders may ship within just a few hours of placing your order. If your order has already shipped you still have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us [Jewellery Box Hardware, 3 Carnvue Park, Newtownabbey, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, UK BT36 6NQ - email: email@example.com] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may also use the Returns Form on this website, but it is not obligatory. If you use this option we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of such a cancellation without delay. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return it by the same or a similar means as it was posted to you, ie if sent to you by international tracked and signed then you must insure it for at least the same amount when posting back and ask for 'proof of postage' at your post office to keep for your own records.
Hardware or other merchandise that has been used, damaged or altered by you, will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your hardware or merchandise item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different finish or an item of the same price, but you will still have to pay return shipping.
